Welcome to “The Kegel Coach” (“App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App provided by Codivo (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

“The Kegel Coach” provides guided pelvic floor exercises intended for general wellness and fitness support. The App is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You are 13 to 17 years old and have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use the App only for lawful and personal purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or alter the App
  • Not use the App in a way that could harm the App, our servers, or other users
  • Follow all applicable local, regional, and national laws

You understand that all exercises performed using the App are done at your own risk.

4. Health and Safety Notice

Pelvic floor exercises can cause discomfort or injury if performed incorrectly or excessively. If you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms, you should stop using the App immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results may vary for each individual
  • We make no guarantees of improved health outcomes
  • You are solely responsible for monitoring your health while using the App

5. Privacy

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription plans. If you choose to subscribe:

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by Codivo or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party tools such as advertising networks or analytics providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codivo and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any injury or health issues arising from use of the App
  • Technical issues, service interruptions, or device incompatibilities

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
